Hi, I’m Kristen — founder of Wellstocked.
As a health coach, I kept running into the same barrier with my clients—and in my own life. People wanted to eat better, feel better, and take great care of their families, but real life kept getting in the way.
After long workdays, busy schedules, and endless responsibilities, there was rarely enough time or energy left to plan meals, write thoughtful grocery lists, go shopping, unload everything, and still find the motivation to cook.
Even with the best intentions, healthy food would go to waste because no one had the clarity of what to do with it—or the time to make it happen.
So many of us end up stuck in the same exhausting cycle: overwhelmed, grabbing takeout, skipping meals, and feeling guilty for not “doing better.”
I could see this was a real sticking point in my clients’ abilities to fully have the healthy relationship with food they SO desired. I could give them strategies and adjust til the cows come home but it just wasn’t keeping them consistent. The same was happening in my own life.
I used to think this was a discipline problem.
What I eventually realized is that it’s actually a resources problem.
That’s why I created Wellstocked.
To give you clarity about what’s going into your kitchen and your meals—and the freedom that comes with it.

With my background in nutrition and wellness coaching, and my emphasis on mindful and intuitive eating (yes, both play an important role), I bring more than just shopping support. I help create a household system that feels balanced and realistic, so eating well becomes simple and natural instead of rigid and overwhelming.

My Approach
Leaning on my nutrition and eating psychology background, I support you in incorporating a truly balanced approach to nutrition that supports overall wellness and is still fun and satisfying - whether you’re a single professional, busy parent, or anything in between.
We start with a private consultation where we figure out what your nutrition and time goals are for yourself and household.
Then, you choose the level of support (service tier) you prefer to meet your needs and reach those goals,
and together, we craft a thoughtful grocery list and weekly plan to reflect that.
Once we’ve established the above, you can relax and rest assured the rest is taken care of.
I will do the shopping at your store(s) of choice, deliver and put your groceries away, and provide you with an ingredient prep guide as well as some fun, easy recipes for the week - that you can whip up in 30 minutes or less!
